Students compiled all the data from their individual student bar graphs to create a class bar graph of the total of each type of marshmellow in the entire box of Lucky Charms. They then determined how many marshmellows they found in all. Students concluded there were 0 pots of gold, 41 horse shoes, 23 moons, 30 hearts, 56 clovers, 26 shooting stars, 54 rainbows, and 56 balloons. They also determined that there were 286 shapes in all together.
We found out that there are more clover and balloon marshmellow shapes than any other shape in our box.
During class students compared data on how many marshmellows each student had in their portion of Lucky Charms using a line plot graph.
